talk about a crappy first experience on devart. i signed up because i was linked to one of this person's anti-zutarian posts. first of all, i don't get why anti-zutarians feel the need to somehow PROVE zutarians wrong. it doesn't matter what you say, it doesn't matter what you shove under our noses, we believe in zutara BECAUSE WE BELIEVE IN IT. it's like trying to get a christian to become an athiest. not going to happen. why this bothers other shippers so much, i have no idea. it's not like me liking zutara hurts THEM in any way.

i don't even care if it becomes canon or not. yeah, i'd PREFER if it becomes canon, who wouldn't want to see their ship vindicated? but if it doesn't, i'm not going to cry myself to sleep at night or go on a killing spree. i think there's good reason to believe SOMETHING, maybe not full-blown hawt smexyteims, but SOMETHING, could happen between katara and zuko before the end of the season, and i have my reasons to believe why it would be better for the overall plot if something did happen.

but the most insulting thing is when someone blocks you from commenting, simply because they don't have the intellectual capacity to debate with you. i mean really, are you THAT insecure that you can't even discuss with someone why it would or wouldn't be good for a ship to happen? can you not even consider the possibility, do you have to INSIST that it absolutely WILL NOT happen under ANY circumstances? would your world EXPLODE if zutara became canon? it's not like it's going to happen without any context *coughMAIKOcough*. it's not like the fate of the entire universe rests on whether 2 characters in a cartoon lock lips or not.

and if NOTHING else, don't snark on ships by TRACING screencaps, and then LYING about tracing screencaps. 9__9
